Mobility
Whether it is repositioning the bed within the room or transferring the patient to a different ward, the caregiver must be able to maneuver the bed safely and easily. We recognize this need when incorporating these features into the bed.
 
Non-Moving Headboard
Headboard remains at an ergonomic height for the caregiver at any bed articulation.
 
Central Locking Brake Mechanism
Large pedals located centrally on either side of the bed make the brakes easy to reach.
 

6″ Wheel Casters
Rugged 6″ design for added durability and ease of movement over objects such as door sills.

Reducing bed maintenance downtime is important for keeping your facility running efficiently. The Apollo Med-Surg Bed incorporates features to satisfy this requirement.
 

LINK (R) DC Actuators
One of the quietest actuators available, LINAK’s DC actuators are protected against ingress of fluid and are extremely reliable.

Freedom to use the bed functions during patient transfer.
