• CMS will work with Facilities Engineering or Contractor to connect all required plumbing connections; inlet, exhaust, discharge (medical air, control air).
• CMS will test and verify system for proper operation.
• CMS will connect low voltage alarm systems if required (wiring to be brought to our Control Panels by others).
• CMS will anchor systems to concrete decks (if required).
• CMS will dismantle and load systems back on truck and return to CMS shop when rental period is completed.

Reasons Facilities need Rental Equipment:

System failure. If a system fails due to age or mechanical breakdown CMS’s rental systems get the facility back on line very quickly. This keeps the facility functioning while repairs are coordinated or parts (sometimes with long lead times) are ordered. Rental systems can be a single Vacuum pump, multiple Vacuum pumps, single Control Air compressor or entire Medical Air System.
System Upgrades. When facilities decide to upgrade or replace older or undersized equipment CMS’s rental systems provide the facility with Medical Air, Control Air or Vacuum for the duration of the project.
System Augmentation. When existing systems are not providing enough vacuum or air CMS’s rental systems can augment the existing system.

Rental Equipment notes:
